At The Otaku Orbit, we prioritize delivering high-quality, anime-inspired clothing and accessories that meet your expectations. However, since our products are custom-made to order through a print-on-demand process, we have specific conditions for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- If the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it or issue a refund.
- Incorrect Product Received:
- If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we’ll rectify the issue by providing the correct product or issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Situations:
- Returns or refunds cannot be processed for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer (please review the size guide carefully before purchase).
- Change of mind after the product has been printed.
- Customized or personalized items unless damaged or defective.
How to Submit a Return or Refund Request
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Us:
- Email us at store@theotakuorbit.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details:
- Include your order number, photos of the product (clearly showing the issue), and a brief description of the problem.
- Review and Approval:
- Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you via email about the next steps.
Refunds
- If your return or refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Replacements
- In cases of damaged or defective items, we will issue a replacement free of charge.
- Replacement orders will follow the same processing and shipping timelines as the original order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the issue is due to an error on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping cost for returns.
- For all other returns (if approved), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Notes
- Inspection Upon Delivery:
- Please inspect your item as soon as it is delivered and report any issues immediately.
- Final Sale Items:
- Products sold on discounts or promotions are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
- Customs Fees:
- For international orders, customs fees or import duties are non-refundable.
